What are ELUX nic salts?
Nic salts (nicotine salts) are e-liquids where the nicotine is in its salt form rather than freebase, which makes the same strength feel noticeably smoother in the throat. ELUX built its SALTS range around the flavour profiles its bar devices are known for, bottled for refillable kits: you fill a pod from the 10ml bottle instead of replacing a whole device. Because the liquid is 50/50 and the strengths are pod-kit strengths, the range is made for low-wattage, mouth-to-lung devices rather than high-power tanks.
Which nicotine strength should you pick?
- 5mg — the lightest. Useful if you have been reducing strength over time, or you vape frequently and find higher strengths too much across a day.
- 10mg — the middle option, and the most commonly bought of the three.
- 20mg — matches the strength most disposable bars were sold at, so it is the nearest equivalent if you are switching to a refillable kit.

Not every flavour runs all three strengths: everything comes in 10mg and 20mg, and eight flavours also come in 5mg — Strawberry Raspberry Cherry, Lemon & Lime, Gummy Bear, Blueberry Sour Raspberry, Mr Blue, Grape Berry, Blueberry Raspberry and Blueberry Cherry Cranberry.

Red Berry Ice, Strawberry Ice, Cherry Ice, Pineapple Ice, Banana Ice, Blackberry Ice and Watermelon Ice — the same fruit profiles with a cooling finish, which is worth knowing if you like a fruit but find it too sweet on its own.
Drinks
Cola, Lemonade, Pink Lemonade, Berry Lemonade, Blackcurrant Lemonade and Oasis — soft-drink profiles rather than fruit, and generally less sweet than the candy options.
Sweets and candy
Gummy Bear, Grape Gummy Bear, Blue Razz Gummy, Fizzy Cherry, Rainbow, Hubbla Bubbla, Blueberry Bubblegum, Strawberry Watermelon Bubble and Strawberry Icecream. Fizzy Cherry carries a sherbet edge; the two bubblegum profiles split between plain (Hubbla Bubbla) and fruited (Blueberry Bubblegum).
Mint and menthol
Fresh Mint, Menthol, Spearmint and Lemon Mint. Menthol is the plainest of the four, Spearmint the sweeter, Lemon Mint the one with a citrus edge.
Signature blends
Tiger Blood, Hawaii Sunrise, Summer Dream and Mr Blue — mixed profiles that do not sit neatly in one group, and the ones most worth asking about in store if you have not tried them.
What kit do ELUX nic salts suit?
These strengths are intended for pod kits and low-wattage refillable devices with a tighter, mouth-to-lung draw — devices like the Vaporesso XROS 5 with a 0.8 or 1.2 ohm pod fitted, or any of the bottle-fill kits in our refillable vapes range. Every ELUX SALTS bottle we stock is £3.99, whatever the flavour or strength — so the choice is entirely about flavour and strength rather than cost, and trying an unfamiliar flavour is a £3.99 experiment rather than a commitment.
ELUX nic salts next to Bar Juice 5000
The other bar-style nic salt range we stock in depth is Bar Juice 5000, and the practical differences are simple. Bar Juice runs 10mg and 20mg only, while ELUX adds the 5mg option on eight of its flavours — so if stepping down below 10mg matters to you, ELUX is the range that allows it. The flavour lists overlap on the classics (both have a Triple Mango, a Cherry Ice and a menthol) but diverge at the edges: Bar Juice carries the energy-drink and tobacco profiles, ELUX the wider lemonade and bubblegum families and its signature blends. Plenty of people run one flavour from each range side by side; the bottles are the same size, the same format and comparable prices, so nothing about your kit changes.

What is the difference between ELUX SALTS and an ELUX bar?
ELUX SALTS is bottled e-liquid for a refillable device you keep, built around the same flavour families as the brand's bar devices. It is not a disposable.
Are ELUX nic salts 50/50?
They are made for low-wattage pod devices, where a 50/50-style ratio is what wicks properly — which is why we point sub-ohm tank users elsewhere.
Why are there three strengths?
So you can match the strength to how you actually vape rather than defaulting to the highest. The 5mg option in particular is there for people who have been stepping down.
Can I use these in a sub-ohm tank?
We would not recommend it. Nic salts at 10mg and 20mg are formulated for low-wattage pod devices; in a high-power tank the same strength becomes uncomfortable.
