    Julie has worked in the vaping industry for over eight years and actually started as a customer at the Chelmsley Wood store before joining the team.

    Known for her approachable personality, sense of humour and honest advice, Julie enjoys helping customers find the right products and supporting them throughout their vaping journey.

    Kiaya - Vape Expert

    Known by the team as "the ginger one", Kiaya has been helping customers at Chelmsley Wood for five years.
    She loves organisation, stock management and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. When Julie is away, she's often the person keeping everything on track.

    The newest member of the team, Nadine joined Electromist twelve months ago and has quickly become a valued member of the store.
