Which nicotine strength should you pick?
Both strengths in this range are nic salts, which feel smoother in the throat than freebase liquid at the same number. As a rough guide for someone already vaping:
- 10mg — a lighter hit. Usually the choice if you find 20mg harsh, or you vape steadily through the day rather than in short bursts.
- 20mg — the strength most disposable bars sell at, so it is the closest match if you are moving from a bar to a refillable kit and want the same feel.

The flavours, grouped
The range runs to over 40 flavours. Broadly they fall into five groups:
Fruit
Blueberry, Triple Mango, Pineapple, Pineapple Coconut, Kiwi Passionfruit Guava, Lemon and Lime, Orange Zest, Strawberry Cherry Raspberry and Blueberry Sour Raspberry. These are the most straightforward of the range — sweet, recognisable, no menthol.
Iced and menthol
Strawberry Ice, Peach Ice, Cherry Ice, Blue Ice Pop, Fresh Mint and Fresh Menthol Mojito. The "Ice" versions are the same fruit profile with a cooling finish rather than a different flavour, which is worth knowing if you like a fruit but find it too sweet on its own.
Energy
NRG Ice and Energy Ice — the energy-drink profile the bar ranges are known for, both with a cool finish.
Sweets and candy
Grape Gummy Bear, Rainbow, Sour Rainbow, Pink Bubba and Blue Bubba. Sweeter and more confectionery-led; Sour Rainbow is the sharper of the two rainbows.
Drinks and tobacco
Cherry Cola for a soft-drink profile, and Cream Tobacco as the one non-sweet option in the range.
What kit does this suit?
Nic salts at these strengths are made for pod kits and low-wattage refillable devices with a tighter draw — not high-wattage sub-ohm tanks, where the same strength would be uncomfortable. Is Bar Juice 5000 the same as a disposable bar?
No. It is bottled e-liquid designed around similar flavour profiles. You put it in a refillable device you keep, rather than disposing of the whole unit.
What does the 5000 refer to?
It refers to the flavour range the brand is built around, not the contents of the bottle. Each bottle is 10ml.
Can I mix two flavours together?
You can, and plenty of people do — mixing two from the same group (two fruits, say) is more predictable than mixing across groups. Shake well and let it stand before use.
How long does a 10ml bottle last?
It depends entirely on your device and how often you vape, so we would rather not quote a figure. If you tell our team what kit you use, they can give you a realistic idea.
