Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver across the UK with Royal Mail. Second Class delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. First Class delivery costs £4.99.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Royal Mail Second Class usually takes 3–7 working days and First Class usually takes 1–2 working days. Orders are normally sent out the same day or the next working day, and orders placed before 2:30pm may be dispatched the same day. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control.
Do you send orders at the weekend?
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. If you order at the weekend or on a bank holiday, we'll send it out on the next working day.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, we follow Royal Mail's lost or delayed item process. Please contact us with your order number and we'll help.
What happens if something I ordered is out of stock?
If we can't get the item from our supplier or one of our stores, we'll contact you to see if you'd like a replacement or to swap it for another liquid in your order.
Offers & bundles
Is there a discount for new customers?
Yes. New customers get 10% off. It can be used once per customer, there's no minimum spend, and it applies to products only (not delivery). It can't be combined with other discounts.
How do the e-liquid bundles work?
Choose a pack size of 4, 20 or 40 bottles, then pick your flavours. You can mix Electromist and All Stars flavours however you like in one bundle. Your chosen flavours are saved with your order, so we pack exactly what you picked. Shop bundles.
Will your prices go up with the new vape tax?
We're holding pre-tax prices on e-liquids and nic salts while stocks last. Read more in our article: UK Vape Tax 2026 explained.

Where are your e-liquids made?
Our own-brand e-liquids, Electromist and All Stars, are made in Birmingham, UK.
Which nicotine strength should I choose?
It depends on how much you smoked or vaped before and the type of device you use. Available strengths are shown on each product page. Our guide can help: How do I know what strength I need?

Do I need to be 18 to buy?
Yes. You must be 18 or over to buy vaping products from us.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. E-liquids, CBD products and coils can't be returned, and discounted or promotional items are non-refundable. See our Refund/Returns Policy for full details.
I don't like the flavour I bought. Can I swap it?
We offer exchanges on unused e-liquid flavours you don't like, and on faulty or damaged items. Exchange costs, including return postage, are paid by the customer. Email headofficemist@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
