Standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail. First-class delivery costs £4.99. Second-class delivery is free for orders of £50 or more.
We get orders out either the same day or the day after. With bank holidays we get it out the next working day. We get orders out Monday - Friday so if you order on the weekend then we will try and get your order out Monday.
If we haven't got the product that you ordered and we can't get it from our supplier or a store then we will contact you see if you want a replacement or swap it with a liquid that you have ordered with it.
