Refund & Returns Policy
1. Returns
1.1 Our returns policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any request for a refund or exchange submitted after this period will not be accepted.
1.2 To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged in their original packaging.
1.3 Certain products are exempt from return, including but not limited to:

Perishable goods, including E-Liquids and CBD products

Coils, due to hygiene considerations
1.4 A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
1.5 Customers must not return items directly to the manufacturer.
1.6 If a parcel is marked “Return to Sender” and is subsequently received by Electromist, an automatic refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
2. Refunds
2.1 Upon receipt and inspection of a returned item, Electromist will notify the customer by email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
2.2 If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable period.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
3.1 In the event a refund is not received:

Verify your bank account.

Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take time to post.

Contact your bank for potential processing delays.

4. Sale Items
4.1 Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
4.2 Items sold at a discounted or promotional price are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
5.1 Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
5.2 Exchanges are also available for unused E-Liquid flavours if the customer does not like the flavour. Customers are responsible for all exchange-related fees, including return shipping, creating a shipping label, and postage for the exchanged items.

6. Shipping Information
6.1 Delivery Times

Royal Mail Second Class (Free Shipping): Estimated delivery 3–7 working days

Royal Mail First Class: Estimated delivery 1–2 working days
6.2 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed before 2:30 pm may be dispatched on the same day.
6.3 Delayed Deliveries

If a Second Class delivery has not arrived within 10 working days, we follow Royal Mail’s lost or delayed item policy.

7. Returning Your Item

7.3 For items valued over £75, customers are strongly advised to use trackable shipping or shipping insurance. Electromist cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
