Q- What Is Vaping

A- A vape device is a device where you inhale and exhale the vapour produced by an electronic cigarette or similar device. This is a stop smoking aid, if used correctly this can assist you in reducing your nicotine intake & also, a healthier alternative to smoking

Q- Is Vaping Safe?

A-Yes, vaping is backed by many MP's, NHS, Public Health England & Cancer Research and is proven to be 95% safer than smoking. However, if you are not already a smoker we would advise you to not start vaping.

Q- Mouth to lung or Direct to Lung- which is best for me?

A- Someone who is quitting smoking should opt for mouth to lung (MTL) as this mimic the draw of a cigarette

Is geared up for people to wean themselves off nicotine AFTER kicking the initial habit

Q- Will this help me quit smoking

A- Following the correct methods and with the right willpower, yes!

Q- Which nicotine strength is best for me?

This is dependant on the person. The most general rule is if you smoke 15 cigarettes and above a day, 18mg would be best for you.

10- 15 cigarettes a day, 12mg would be ideal.

5-10 cigarettes a day, 6mg would be ideal

5 cigarettes and below3mg

Q- My e-liquid is changing colour

A-2 things that will change the colour of the e liquid

These are exposure to light or the e-liquid is sitting in sunlight & adding nicotine

 

If the e liquid is discoloured this will not effect the taste.

Q-I have received my starter kit , what should I do

A-Congratulations for seeking a healthy smoking alternative!

The starter kit that you receive will have the battery partly charged. The first thing that you would like to do is to prepare the clearomiser/atomiser. To do this, fill the tank with liquid and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
